MOM!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats up??? hahha.

Glad to see that smiling face of Macey!!

It's been a good week this week!!! My kid is learning a lot!! So that's way fun. He is still learning Spanish and likes to speak English, but that's okay because I pull the latino on him and speak in Spanish muahahaha!!!! No, I am not tooo terrible.... I talk a little bit more in English in him. but little by little I am going back to just speaking Spanish. It's weird..... but he is helping me to remember all the English that I don't remember!!! hahha. Little by little I start remembering stuff. I guess it'll be way easier to talk to you guys in a month then haha.

This is an awesome ward that I'm in right now. They are way cool. We are starting to help them work a little so its awesome :) Loving life right now! There's a bunch of work to do so I don't have any like what should I do moments hahha!! It's so much fun!!

Let's see, we did a service this morning! I basically put the roof on a house today. Me and Elder Hoagland did like everything on the roof. We took off the tarp that was there, nailed in some plywood, we put the tarp on top again and then concrete on top! It was way cool! I know we do our roofs way different in the states, but it was cool to learn and do an Argentine roof haha. One hermano from the ward was there to help us out, but he's a little bigger and played more of the supervisor role haha. He told us what we had to do so it was good. We finished it all up today. Took like 3 hours I think. We have some photos that the hermano took, but I have to wait until he sends them to me and then I'll send them to you!
Let's see, I have been making a bunch of banana bread this week so that was awesome!! I made it for the birthday of a member in the church. And they loved it so that's cool!! We made pancakes today which were pretty good. It's been a busy fun p-day today. Lets see a photo of the family now a days. Whats new with you guys?? Anything super exciting and out of the ordinary?? haha.

Hope everyone is doing great and I love you guys a ton!! Talk to you next week!!!

THAT is so awesome that you guys got to see conference so close!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So spoiled ....that little girl!!!!! hahahaha. Sounds like a fun weekend for you guys too!!

It was an awesome conference weekend!! Nothing like a conference meeting that will get you even more animated to teach the gospel!! haha. Lets see, I loved the priesthood session. I want to go back and look over my notes of all of conference. It's so great. We saw them 1 to 3  5 to 7   and 9 to 11. for Saturday. Priesthood session went a little late. Kinda felt weird being out so late.... hahha. its all good though. Fun weekend with all the missionaries in the zone and all the members too. It's been an awesome week. Way busy too. Tuesday I left to get my son at 6 in the afternoon. Got there and stayed in the apartment of the offices. Then the next morning we had some trainer training. Then that afternoon we got to know our sons and daughters!!!!!!!!! and I have Elder Hoagland!!!!!!!!!!!! yea!! its been way interesting getting to know my 26 year old son especially when i'm 19... da da chingggg... that was a drum set ;) haha. He's way cool. I'm teaching him Spanish and the lessons so that's really weird. Now I have to remember all of that English I have forgotten the past 9 months.... hahah. its cool though. He put 2 baptisimal dates this week so I'm proud of him!! hahaha. Good stuff ;)

We are working with other investigatores too its just these are the people that are progressing so that's the reason I talked more about them. But we have 2 other investigators who are working to be baptized. One could be really close here. He is the husband of the Relief society president. He never was baptized but he seems to have a little more interest now. We are going to see how we can help him out!! We are excited to get to teach him this week. He has a hard schedule but its all good we'll find him :) There's a couple others. We kind of have to teach Spanish to some investigators so they can learn it and also how to read it. So that's interesting. We'll see how we can help them with that.
The weather is awesome today. It's cool but not too cold so its just perfect and cloudy too. Looks like we are heading for winter :) I am excited for everything going on here! Looks like we are going to have 3 baptisms this month so we are excited :) Loving the mission life!! Well, I love you guys and I hope you're all doing good!! We'll see you the next week!!!

March 28, 2016

Alirght, so this week has been a crazy one. We have been working way hard with the members, investigators and less actives this week. We have 2 investigators with baptismal dates in May so that's awesome! We had 4 investigators in the church this week. We are working hard to get 3 or 4 others there too. We also had transfers this week. You're not going to guess what happened so I'll just have to tell you guys. EVERYONE in my district except ME left. They all went to different areas. They closed Krause B and Krause A. Now it is just Krause. One huge area. Not sure how I'm gonna get it all done still but I'm working on it and thinking. I am still district leader, but now I will also be training and I basically am starting from scratch in the other area so cleaning an area too. Yea, I guess the president wants me to work my butt off or something?? Good  thing he chose a Hakes to do it right?? ;) hahaha. I'm not gonna lie, I am a little worried about how I am going to work with all of our investigators and now all of theirs too, but I know the Lord will help me figure it out one way or another :) Now I have to wait until Wednesday when I get my son (missionary who I'm training). So yea. It was like an atomic bomb in my district and I'm the only survivor haha. But it's fun stuff.

We have a zone activity today for everyone who is leaving so that should be fun!! Also the ward is doing a little goodbye for E. Bartlett, Long, and Almeida. So should be good stuff today!! They all leave tomorrow and I'll probably be with the zone leaders for a day or 2. We'll see what happens tho! So, you guys had your crazy week like 2 weeks ago and i just am starting mine. WOOOHOOO!!!!! Well, I don't know what else to right cuz that's all the exciting stuff.

So yea, I hope you guys are doing great, miss you all and love you all a ton!! See ya next week!!

I am happy to know that Jesus Christ is my Savior. To know that he did everything for me so I can live with him again. He suffered every pain, sickness, sin, and so much more so that we could be saved. He has helped  us a million times more than we will ever be able to help him. We are forever in debt to him and  we all know it. I love the video Thank you for him, Gracias a Él is what its called in Spanish. It is very powerful video from last year that has helped me remember what he has done for me. Hallelujah also is a powerful video that has  helped me grow in my faith in Christ. I know that he lives. I know that he suffered so we don't have to suffer death and never win it. I am so thankful that because he lives, I can live. And that also my family and friends can live with me and Him again. I know that this church is true and that Christ is our  Savior. He did everything for us, now we have to give what we have to him. He has everything he wants in the world but he gave us our will. the only thing he cant have or take away. We need to give our will and desires to him and serve him with all our heart, might, mind, and strength. He Lives. In the name of Jesus Christ, our redeemer. Amen.
